Bike Weak and the Final Countdown

Well the great winter vacay is rapidly drawing to a close and we are living each day to the fullest. The weather has turned around and has been fantastic !! Days in the 80's and nights in the high 60's. We have been going to Daytona Beach or the pool and soaking up rays. Karen and Tony went up the street to the local shooting range and Karen tried out a 9mm Glock. She hit her target "man" in the nutz and the head. Jeesssh I better watch it !!!

Friday starts the 70th annual 'BIKE WEEK" here in Daytona and the noise will be unbelievable.

Estimates put the total bikers at 500,000 !!!!! All within 10 sq. miles. We are going to the Iron Horse Saloon on Saturday with Joyce and Oby ( Karen's cousin ) and will take in the sights along with some great food and music. The band "Big Engine" will be playing outside and that should be a rowdy time. They have this cool "Fried Bologna" sandwich which costs $8 but the meat is 1/2" thick..... great.
